Currently have a welded rubber roof on a flat roofed home. I am considering a granular coated epdm roof installed over the existing roof(no tear off) with 1/2" insulation. I've been told the area is approx. 32 squares and that there is around 400 linear feet at the boundary with the mansard shingle roof. The shingles are in good shape and would only be replacing two rows of the shingles around the bottom of the upper mansard(sp?)

Need quote on 30 yr dimensional shingle, with ridge vents, with hip and ridge caps. I do not want 3 tab shingles cut as caps. Would like to look at felt options, lots of new products on the market today. Need detailed bid with amount of squares estimated with cost per square and list of all items and labor needed.
